My name is Lisa Lines. I am the Director of the TLC Program. I am a licensed Minister. I have lived in Florida for over thirty years and I have seen that there is a wide spread epidemic in this area. People are turning to alcohol and drugs as a fix for the problems that they are confronted with. I had a problem with alcohol and crack cocaine for twenty years but found the way out by turning to Jesus. God delivered me from those substances. Today I am free by the power of God.

Shortly after I became free from drugs and alcohol, I heard God as He spoke to my spirit and gave me a vision to help women who had problems with drugs and alcohol. I was to get a residence and teach women once they were detoxed from alcohol and drugs, how to live a life that was directed by spiritual principles.

I beleive when a person gives themselves to God through Jesus Christ, they will never be the same agian. They will be transformed to piont that they will not even know themselves. The Bible reminds in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old thing are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (KJV).
